Recently, I presented the key findings of an ethnographic study my team and I conducted to stakeholders at a workshop.

For easier understanding, I translated the entire research into storyboards. I'm not sure if this method is already widely used, but I strongly recommend it.

It's been 6 years since I first joined the design field and I still feel excited whenever I watch something I dedicated so much effort to finally get implemented. I'm truly grateful for the exceptional team I am a part of, which played a pivotal role in making this milestone possible.
