Exonyms have just been a thing for fucking forever. Same with Persia. It was always called “Īrān” (or something similar) by the people who lived there.

It has some good moments but yeah, IMO it’s a 3.5/5 game. On the good end of average and has a severe case of Neil Druckman-itis (the writers and game leads just wanted to make a TV show)
