Hundred Line Defense Academy is super weird but it's also really charming. Has a great mix of cringe and sincerity and cool characters vs complete loser fuckheads.

really testing the waters to see how i want to play xenoblade 2. really not a fan of the voice direction like i was for XC1’s EN dub. like on one hand I want to play it like that for me friend, but in the other I don’t want to sabotage my personal experience with a game

New class vii genuinely gaps Old class vii by so much, cs3 felt like a return to form with a tighter cast and overall more detailed characters. not to say i don’t like class vii and there isn’t standouts, they just can’t compete

One of my favorite video game series! despite any flaws I love the consistency in its world building, npcs, and emotional moments. CS has its charm for me and it was really hard for me to separate my own thoughts from a lot of the toxicity I’ve heard from the fanbase.
What do you think of Trails now ?

FC was the first trails game I played in my PS Vita, I got into it after I heard a close friend was playing it and I wanted to join her in finishing the games I own! Not knowing anything about the series made this experience all the more memorable
First, how did you get into the series, and what was your first Trails ?

FC was the first trails game I played in my PS Vita, I got into it after I heard a close friend was playing it and I wanted to join her in finishing the games I own! Not knowing anything about the series made this experience all the more memorable

i think my favorites will always be sc and 3rd because i think they exude a very intentional aura whether that be due to them being a product of their time or the writing itself being lovely

i love every trails game and have really only felt joy playing them all. i hate constant comparison and i am not a big fan of discourse when its just so divisive and negative. trails has been so fun and cs3-reverie has been a wild ride
