Glad to see this paper out in the field’s oldest and flagship journal: JEA. The heart-shaped model gently reminds us of the need to return to a healthier balance of leadership and humility, showing how this spirit can reignite intellectual stimulation & OL in school settings: doi.org/10.1108/JEA-...
