thank you!! was trying to find an interesting idea and thought about how mine finally found something to live for in daigo and rolled with it 😌

it just feels gauche to be posting anything tbh, but it's a me problem, i'll get over it maybe... it wouldn't be a loss if i don't, but welp, we'll see 🤷‍♂️

I guess it might be hard for some to put themselves in his shoes, but idk, I feel like most people would be having a pretty rough time too if one of their relative got hospitalized without any means to see them while everything goes so bad at work that they end up in charge at the same time 🙃

oh definitely, mine is just, so over everything at that point that "oh thank god he's alive" more than probably didn't even cross his mind in that moment 🫠

the fact that in pretty much every scenes he appears in, he's confronted about daigo's fate and you can actively see his reaction evolve from dismissing kanda's comment to parroting what his underlings said in the plane to Kiryu on the roof, it conveys so well how bad it's getting to him 🫠

mine having to kill daigo by richardson's request comes from rggo so idk how they'll adapt that in dt

but basically bro is having the worst week of his life, and he's realizing that this time around he can't emotionally detach himself like he used to and yeah, no wonder he's crashing out lol

and lo and behold, the reason why daigo is in that situation conveniently comes back cause daigo can't do his job anymore, and not only criticize you for trying to do something, but also randomly accuses you of trying to kill him (and you're so mad you get stuck on that, so sure, why not do that)

but he has to deal with potentially losing the closest person he has without being able to even know where he is/how he's doing and has to go through all that while everyone around him rejoice about daigo possibly dying

It made for a good laugh tho, i won’t lie about that lol

Don’t get me wrong, the game is very fun to play but… i remember playing hades back in december 2019, and getting on the surface for the first 10 times was a pretty emotional experience… the lead up this time around just… didn’t hit for me

I think the fact that i’ve been consistently beating chronos since like, day 2 of early access, and the event turning out like that, makes everything feel… jarring
