I cross stitched this for my supervisors retirement. She loved it. I just wish I hadn't made so many mistakes. But I still love how it came out. Instead of French knots, which I hate doing, I used beads instead.

The beautiful treasure I found at the Gothic Market this weekend! A stunning alpine black swallowtail. I fell in love with it the moment I saw it. It looks so lovely with the green swallowtail I bought when I was a kid!

A few weeks ago I paid $8 for a pack of 12 and $10 for a pack of 18. This past thursday i was curious while at the store and was stunned to see that that same pack of 12 now is $10 and the pack of 18 was $16. This is messed up...

My February display! We're doing Blind Date With a Book/Don't Judge a Book by its Cover again! This year, the books have a pocket, and i put a bookmark or color sheet in as well as a sticker! They can also rate their book!

I made a bat bag for my friend. The yarn was thin, so it made for a slightly smaller bag than I was hoping for! There are things that I would redo, but it was a good learning experience. My sewing skills lacked luster, but overall, I'm super happy with how it came out, though! #crocheting #crochet
