in libre office you can change how UI looks, they have multiple options and one of them looks close to microsoft office if that's what you want

default name has MB model and bios version in it which is usefull if you have BiosUpdate dedicated USB and multiple .cap files on there
flashback name is usualy something generic so it's easy to mix up .cap files and flash wrong file (in case MB doesn't stop you)
