4 games that defined my 2025:
An anime-style Soulslike starring a female main protagonist? I'm there! Finally! A much more playable reimagining of the original! Soulslike + Sexy female main protagonist = 𝗛𝗘𝗟𝗟 𝗬𝗘𝗔𝗛! That and this game's feudal Chinese setting was a nice change of pace from the usual medieval European one most Soulslikes are known for. I'll admit, this game's combat system can be annoyingly janky at times, but damn if it isn't addictive!

I made Cybele (and Lamia) for funsies, pretty much. Joking aside, I really wouldn't recommend doing this UNLESS you've purchased the Mitama DLC (or if you're a crazy perfectionist like me), as fusing these demons and acquiring all of the necessary Skill Books for them will cost you a lot of time, money (𝘪𝘯-𝘨𝘢𝘮𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘺, I mean) and patience. On another note, if a certain, Brazilian hee-migo of mine happens to be reading this, then I hope that these screenshots help in giving you a general idea on how you should build your own demons once you decide to tackle this game. :D Why yes! I am a crab of culture too! ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) That all said, as much as I like Raidou Remastered and enjoyed it way more than the original, there is one thing that I didn't like about it that I will call Atlus out on. Namely, a few of the demons' designs (such as Lamia's here) were censored for no real, explicable reason, even though this game is only meant to be played by a mature audience anyway (annoyingly, Sati was censored as well, as the hollowed-out inner thighs of her trousers(?) were coloured to match the outer part, ruining the sexiness of her design). (¬`‸´¬) Honestly, 𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗴𝗼 𝗳𝘂𝗰𝗸 𝗶𝘁𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳, if you'll pardon my language. And I'm done. I hope that this has been informative on some level.

My demon builds from Raidou Remastered (Pt. 1/2)

Something that you'll probably notice with all of my builds is that they all possess combat skills which cover almost every element. Those being Physical, Fire, Ice, Electricity, Force (Wind) and Death. Not Mind though, as it's largely unnecessary and can be safely ignored. This is mainly cuz unlike most other Shin Megami Tensei games, it's far more efficient for your demons to be built as generalists rather than specialists, as the bulk of your damage will be dealt by Raidou anyway. Also, on another note... Mermaid is hot! Like in any other Shin Megami Tensei game, covering your demons' elemental weaknesses via passives (Mermaid's 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗲 here being a prime example) is a must as always, as any demon whose weakness is exploited in this game will not only receive extra damage as usual, but will be temporarily paralyzed as well. Other useful passive that I've incorporated into my builds are 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗣𝗵𝘆𝘀 (Physical attacks are very common, so it's an obvious pick), 𝗠𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝘀𝘁 (a late-game passive that lowers the cost of a demon using its combat skills) and lastly, 𝗩𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝗹 (another late-game passive that allow the demon to survive a fatal blow and recover half of their maximum HP once per battle. 𝗘𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗲 is its early-game counterpart, though it only recovers 1 HP). 𝘈𝘩~ 𝘚𝘢𝘵𝘪... My original favourite before Mermaid came into existence. Hot take, but I'm 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 not a fan of Parvati, a demon mythologically related to Sati whose design looks too safe and unsexy for my tastes, which is what Sati "evolves" into in Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne when leveled up enough. Sati is the "Sneasel" of Shin Megami Tensei for me, as I will always press the 𝗕 button for her.

Last week, I was forced to purchase a new laptop, as my old one had lost its ability to connect to the Internet. And needless to say, things didn't go as smoothly nor as timely as I had planned.
