Is, it's complicated a satisfactory answer? 🤣
In principal the proposed rule was a good goal. In practice I think it's more difficult to achieve than getting E. coli O157:H7 out of beef. Doesn't mean it's not worth trying.
But the conflicting messages about FDA priorities is my bigger question.
