Chronos is a lady of elegance, wearing a flowing white dress adorned with golden patterns. The upper part of her dress flares up and outward, making a form similar to that of a seashell which evokes the imagery of The Birth of Venus. This design not only leaves her delicate shoulders exposed, but the cut is far below her collarbone, stopping only when absolutely necessary. Her impressive bust is on full display; its form enhanced by the tight hug of her dress. Her head is adorned with what can best be described as a union of a crown and a habit. It's unusual shape gives her an unmistakable silhouette.
While she already effortlessly embodies grace on the average day, here we see Chronos in a fleeting moment where her form is that of what some would say is the pinnacle of femininity: that of maternity. Contrary to her slender upper body, the shape of midsection is that of a dome which extends far in front of her. The round orb dominates her figure, reaching from just below her chest to beyond her hips. Though the exact form that it takes is obscured by her modest dress that still manages to keep her lower body concealed.
Chronos rests one of her hands on top of her belly, as expecting mothers are known to do. She looks down and watches the motions of the one that currently shares her body with her.
However, one of her royal attendants studies their Empress's body closely and sees that something is amiss. Suddenly, the illusion is shattered as Chronos lets out a small belch. In truth, she is not with child, but with Aphrodite. We are allowed a glimpse behind the facade and see that Aphrodite is being held within Chronos's stomach, having been swallowed whole and alive. The girl whose beauty rivals that of the Empress finds herself surrounded by walls of flesh and covered in gastric juices. Mortified by her predicament, she pouts as her face glows red with blush. She can only hope that Chronos releases her from her flesh prison soon.

Futatsuiwa Mamizou of the Touhou Project kneels on the ground with her own distended gut obscuring most of her body. As tanuki are known to do, she bangs on her tummy like a drum. However, there are obvious movements coming from someone inside the fleshy orb. They are violent enough to distort the surface of her skin and even bump into a sake jar placed nearby.
She looks at the viewer with a playful smile and her tongue sticking out. She asks, "Are you just here to watch? Or do you want to join in? I've still got plenty of room in my "drum".
