I don't draft all old washed up guys but I'm not afraid to have more than maybe most are comfortable with. When the time comes that they are actually washed up I cross that bridge and start rebuild process. I try to win first then if that is not working I rebuild until I have a new contender

In my home league I can say it is just the homework. Listening to the pods, doing mocks, checking out rankings, ktc etc to have a good sense of how the community is valuing players. Playing leagues with guys I've met online who are also tapped in I've had some success w aggressive win now approaches

I somehow never got into these guys but a buddy sent me a song from their newest release and that whole album immediately clicked and I can't stop listening to it

I just love this band and this album so much. Thought Goodness was an incredible follow up as well. Maybe one day we will be lucky enough to get more new music from them but if not just grateful for what they've done. And yes the tour with Foxing was a religious experience
