The gunman may have been a true Kirk believer and also followed Loomer who turned him against Kirk. The far right fights each other and pulls followers into their putrid black hole.

We deplore political violence, but words and actions can have consequences. Even if someone like Kirk intends his actions to be "discourse" or "ideas", they can and have ignited a powder keg of racism and intolerence.

Catturd is picking off a single data point - the Producer Price Index for June. What matters is the consumer- and the CPI is clearly showing higher inflation.

As we learned in 2024, it’s not the statistics, it’s the vibes. They’re bad for this administration and will get worse no matter how the numbers are spun or manipulated.

Remember, there is only the choice between two parties-Republican/MAGA/Trump and the Democrats. Dems aren’t perfect,
but don’t let people think that because of that MAGA is an alternative.

Regardless of the stock market, he’s already set the stage for stagflation.
Who is going to trust us or invest in the US as long as he

Trump is jerking around the market with the tariffs-an exception here, a delay there.
Ultimately, it is the negative impact of the actual tariffs as well as the impact of uncertainty on businesses and consumers which will lead to higher prices and unemployment.

Sustainability and ESG stock funds factor DEI as a key metric-companies that end DEI will be downgraded by these funds.

It didn't work very well in 2024 for the 2016 and 2020Trump voters, but if things get bad enough, it might move some of them.

Yes and we need to build from the bottom up with state and local networks and groups.

In the next year, we also need to focus on state and local elections (legislative, judicial, ballot initiatives, school board) through ground game and social media. These are important components of guardrails against Trumpism.
