What Congressional committees have oversight responsibility for DOGE? Are they expecting or demanding a report on what was done? Why? How? What corruption was found and how they know it was corruption? You know, basic oversight stuff? Asking for an optimistic but somewhat delusional friend.

Smith is not making the claim a jury would have convicted. He is restating the standard prosecutors must meet before they can indict, that he believed there was sufficient evidence to obtain & sustain a conviction. The decision is left up to the jury. Justice is done when they have that opportunity.
