More to come
The Eyes of The Dragon is a fantasy novel by King. Very different from everything else I read by him, but really good. When I read Cujo, I was more interested in the B plot than the main plot, but that was in high school, so I may see it differently now that I'm older and have a son.

Season 2 was amazing! Everyone did a fantastic job. I can't wait to see what comes next.

Going back to the original point, you weren't upset that people dared to criticize your work, you were discussing their (poorly thought out) criticisms. To point the mirror back at them, it sounds like they can't handle people criticizing what they say.

The best writing plants seeds early and gives them room to grow. Season 1 showed Vox's belief that he's above the other Vee's rather than them being a triumverate. You gave that time to germinate and his development across Season 2 felt natural, in pacing and as character development.

You did the same with Lute. Her dislike disdain for the non-militarized aspects of heaven are seen when her and Adam firstnspot Vaggi in heaven in season 1. She lives for the slaughter, protecting the saved is just the vehicle for that. What fruit will those seeds bear?

I really liked your post. You were clearly frustrated with some people's inability to understand story structure in a long form work. You were offering well thought out responses to people's "I didn't get everything I wanted immediately" attitude.

I don't think it's a hide-behind because that doesn't seem like a predator. Does anyone have any idea what this thing is? It's been popping into my head randomly for the past 22 years and I'm making a homebrew d&d creature based on it.

It lived in the woods and would stalk you, always being behind you and everytime you turned around to look for it, it would still be behind you but closer until it eventually was right behind you and could crush you and eat you.
