Correct guess! And I'd say all of these except the Aladåb (top left image) are more OR less popular dishes. While Aladåb is largely extinct afaik, Surströmming, aka Fermented Herring, remains an acquired taste but despite that the demand is often higher than the supply.
An open can of Surströmming (Fermented Herring) and an older woman with glasses biting down and eating on a piece of thin flat bread (tunnbröd) with butter, potatoes and onion (not the ideal traditional combo in my opinion).
