Part of the reason the cronyism goes on in TN is that people don’t vote. About 26% of the population votes in Presidential years and it’s lower in non Presidential elections. TN is ripe for a get out to vote campaign by the democrats unfortunately I think the state party is useless.

Unfortunately I fear many bishops pulled the lever for Trump.

What are you and the democrats going to do to resist this?

Thank you for posting this. I’ve been telling people the underlying software is COBOL with an interface to the most likely Java gui. However, the comment about AI writing COBOL scares me a bit.

McConnell is only concerned because Canada is going to slap a tariff on KY bourbon.

I love this pattern and it’s a historical knit. Thousands of these caps were knit by British women during World War II. You can find it free on Ravelry it’s called classic watch cap.

I recommend weaving. When the zombie apocalypse hits the skill will be valuable. 😂

Do not go to your local big box store and buy needles unless you get the bamboo ones. The plastic ones are crap. Wool is the most forgiving yarn out there if you are not allergic. The most difficult part for me was learning how to hold and tension the yarn. A real teacher is better than YouTube.

Thank you for reminding what I want for Christmas! Can you recommend a good website to buy them. I want ethically sourced, not made in China etc…

You’ll figure it out. I learned to crochet first and then taught myself knitting. I’ve been knitting on and off for 40+ years now.

Beautiful! What size is the yarn?

What are you weaving? I just cut 15 yards of huck lace off my loom that will be sewn into curtains. I know need to tackle the dish towels that are on my second loom.

I never thought Stallone was the brightest bulb in the chandelier and now he has proven it.
