The instructor for my class was Annie Erbsen, who teaches occasionally at the John C. Campbell Folk School. Her classes fill up very quickly!

Thanks! The crust is homemade. I'm not comfortable sharing the crust recipe because it's a long handout from a class I took a couple of years ago. I don't want to infringe on the instructor's copyright.

I like it better than plying three colors together. The color variations are more interesting. I tried 4 colors, but they didn’t want to cooperate. To make drafting easier, I might mount the three colors on combs and diz them off to make a 3-color roving.
