Worked with a supportive housing agency for years. Everything you say is true, and I emphasize that families with children need to be near decent schools. The neighborhood near our facility has gentrified, but the gentry have so far been good neighbors.

That reply is correct. Markets are anticipating a drop in demand. The Saudis also just announced that they were annoyed that other OPEC nations, especially Iraq, were pumping over quota, so they will, too.
