I feel ya. I’m going to miss Sweet Georgia yarns in Vancouver. But maybe I’ll take a weekend trip over to Montreal (it’s the closest city to us) when I need a Canadian yarn fix.

I drive up to Burlington frequently and it’s a great rest/shop stop for me!

I used Green Mountain Spinnery’s Mountain Mohair. While it looks like a single ply, it is actually double and soft as can be. Surprisingly thick once washed and blocked and over time melds together almost like felted material and is warmer than other knitted items. I’m a HUGE fan of it!

This is honestly one of my favorite hats! I’ve been reaching for it over all the others in my bin to wear for the past few weeks
