Someone please explain to me how this isn’t a flagrant violation of SCOTUS’ decision in AARP that due process requires more than 24 hours of notice.
Attys allege here that a Burmese man & a Vietnamese man were summarily removed to South Sudan on ~12 hrs notice, in violation of a 4/17 preliminary injunction & a 5/7 order reiterating it ...
