The AI data company Maximus has the Medicare contact to make those decisions. They denied my benefits that are covered by Medicare. They're horrendous. Medicare is trying to force Maximus into a contract rebid. Maximus filed a 6.6 billion lawsuit to stop the rebid process. Google it.
