@chamberlaingroup.bsky.social WTF?! I have to pay to access the cameras on my garage door system, then you ALSO want me to pay to allow my car to open the door? My cheap 10+ year old garage door did both for free, but you want $299 for 10 years of DOOR OPENING?! This has to be a joke. #rippedoff

My favorite part of recent Windows updates is how incredibly stable they are. They just apply cleanly, not requiring a damned crowbar to put in. Can you start testing your software? I'm tired of doing it for you @microsoft.com

Had some great breakthrough moments the last few days. Writers block busted, previously stalled projects back on track, etc. I'm gritting my teeth for the year ahead but I'm determined to meet it with renewed purpose, and if possible, positivity. Happy New Year everyone! Be as happy as Calliope!

Looking to get things off my desk. Batteries, controllers, etc. I'm thinking vertical charging /holder of some sort for controllers, shelving /compartments for batteries? I dunno. Suggestions for wall mount stuff?

Despite the fact that Until Dawn on PC is buggy AF (30 second pauses on setting screens!) the game is enjoyable. I never played it on PS4, my mom is having a blast making all the decisions, and it's good fun for us to share. Hearing her say "Why don't they fix that?" on the bugs is funny though. heh

I was tempted to shriek about politics on here as Yet Another Dumb Thing (tm) happens, but instead, cute pictures. Just don't want to deal with that here. BSky seems like a haven away from it, at least for now. We were babysitting Biscuit. She's such a cutie!

The team at @lootstudios.bsky.social have recently released their Dragon Empress, Izat’al. This thing is absolutely incredible, yes, but I have to say this is the best damned slice and support job I've EVER seen on a print. She's going to be gorgeous when she's done and painted. Absolutely amazing.
