No it’s a house the termites have been actively destroying under the surface for decades, it’s only just become visible and started falling apart in the last decade or so. The destruction has been going on since at least the 70s or 80s.

If a Dem votes for a budget while Trump is still in office and the Dems are the minority, I will be furious. The only way the Rs should get help with their self made mess is if they impeach and remove Trump. If they’re gonna tolerate his lawlessness they can figure out the budget themselves.
