I know the constant need to impose a superior morality/creative purity on True and Noble Design is sort of a broader pattern but I feel like it's extra obnoxious when ultimately someone's sneering down their nose at you for not engaging with a video game the Right way.

like the quoted post is such an American perspective. there are people all over the world in worse situations who are doing the work for better future. civil rights was less than a hundred years ago. the civil war less than two hundred. there are lessons everywhere, if we can look for them.
