Replied to an account on the Hellsite asking about unique Dungeon concepts. I responded with the following image, cuz I was actually really proud of the idea (& the pun). Deleted it there cuz it turns out the dude was super into AI, and I didn’t want this feeding ChatGPT… so sharing it here! #DnD
The last fairly unique, I think, Dungeon idea I had involved a beholder. I dropped it on an island, and gave it an eye of “disintegration” instead of an Anti-Magic Cone. In reality it wasn’t disintegrating the things in its cone, it was a Cone of Demiplane. Every living creature this Beholder saw got trapped in a twisting, ever-changing nightmare realm birthed from the Beholder’s greatest fears. At the center of this dungeon, the Goddess of Love was trapped, whisked away centuries ago when she drew the Donjon card from the Deck of Many Things while in a high stakes game of chance with the Goddess of Mischief. Beauty was in the Eye of the Beholder.
