Not great position to be in sandy I'm on contract so at anytime they can say no more but know they value my input and efforts unlike my co worker who main objective of the day is home time leaves 20 mins early

Don't blame them whatsoever when this restrictor happened redundancy was offered 60% staff took it leaving uni in bit of pickle as well

Nothing like deadlines to reach with no concept of how much work research involved at times fwiw former partner was administration in academia for uni in WA restructure made looking after two areas almost impossible stress leave and resigned 2022
