I forgot to take a photo of the inside but it turned out great! Not too sour and good crumb.

It was pretty good! Not exactly like Sausalito BUT still a treat I'll make in the future. I did challah on one side and brioche on the other (the fam liked the challah more). Easy recipe too! ✨

When it comes to baking it's like you need to make a recipe 3-4 times before it actually works out! If you try making scones again I recommend the Clever Carrots or Little Spoon Farms recipes.

I shoulda just put it in a dutch oven ... But I was too lazy and the shape was already rectangular.

I know I overfilled the pan cause I had to SHOVE the loaf in so the top loaf pan could fit. Ai yai yai 🤦‍♀️

I didn't want to do a cool proofing so it sat on my counter for about 3-4 hours... I think it will be A-OK #sourdough #baking
