I brought my two little plants inside since it's been frosty. I plugged in an old grow light I found for them. Yesterday I rescued dying green onions from my fridge and cut green down. They're already growing!

This is about as much energy as I had for my sewing project today. Just sleeves and neckline left before hemming. Kind of enjoyed working on flat felled seams today even if I screwed them up a bit.

Got up this morning and worked a little on my chemise sewing project, plus finished one of the placemats I am working on. 🥰

Went through my photography equipment and so far my main video camera is missing it's battery and charger and my Nikon battery was so swollen I could barely fish it out. Luckily my lil canon point and shoot is still truckin.

I got a storage unit for half off for the next six months. Goal is to get all the stuff out of my apartment then mnimize it as much as possible, and set up my sewing studio. Just need more space to build shelving, etc. Want to get out of the unit or downsize to a smaller one before the increase.

Today's adventure in apartment living: My upstairs neighbor didn't have time to put in a maintenance request for her sink so now she's flooding my kitchen 😆 (she seems a little horrified tho lol.)

On bright side: going to rethink what types of items get stored in this particular cabinet.

I loved seeing dress form trees at shops because I sew, but they are like $200+. Pinned on a dress I never finished and wrapped the skirt with lighted Christmas tree garland Used loads of tiny black safety pins. Had so much fun creating this!
