One of the many thing I hate about being alive w/ a functioning brain in 2025:
ad campaigns from massive corporations who take the “we know times are tough right now” angle. Whether it’s the fake-compassionate version, or the outright patronizing comedic spin, my response is always “Fuck you.”

The Waltons were too busy buying up ad space to convince you Walmart is actually great for your local community. Zuckerberg spent his “could’ve solved hunger” $$ on the “Meta Datacenter is coming to save your small town” ads.
Oh and AI. Gotta spend on AI that will make your workers obsolete.
