Hosted family lunch today with my godparents, my dad & step mum & my sister & her fam. Filled my heart with joy to talk with my godparents about my mum (you know who made the best coffee? Your mother!). Here’s a picture of the lamb koftas:

Today’s maunga were the disappeared cones of Pukekawa, Grafton & Te Pou Hawaiki. Pukekawa is a taonga; the abandoned & eerie Epsom campus has enormous potential. The Wintergarden was delightful, as always.

Sun screen is the thing- this is 47, I’ve got some hyperpigmentation and a lil frown line that’s been there for years, but otherwise I reckon I’m doing okay.
