I don't hang out in really huge online communities is the disproportionate amount of anti social guys feeding off of each other in off putting, aggressive ways. This points to an aspect of how loneliness allows companies to manipulate a lot of vulnerable, unstable men into some of these behaviors.
People have a good reason to resist acknowledging the male loneliness crisis. They correctly perceive that women are being blamed and told to fix it.
But the real cause is predatory capitalists who profit on keeping men isolated and online.

Most rich people don’t pay money to have art anymore. They pay money to make more money and that’s the problem. Art is just an avenue for revenue to them. We need more no strings attached funding and grants for the arts.

I was just told that I have to remove “climate” from the title of an ongoing grant if I want to keep it. And publications from that grant cannot include “climate” and other forbidden words. I can’t believe I’m writing this from the United States of America. #AcademicSky
