Difference between Texas & California is that the Californians got to vote on whether they wanted the maps redrawn (Prop 50) and obviously they did as Prop 50 passed this election cycle… On the other hand Texans weren’t even able to have a word to agree or disagree. That’s Texan democracy!!!

The 3 judge panel has ruled is that map is now unconstitutional & they must use the 2021 map. They’re saying you used it for 2020, used it 4 2022 midterms &now there’s not enough time 2completely redraw a new map calling in a special session so u have use that 2020map.
