They cheated.
They were a great team, they didn’t need to!
Contextualize, waive home/away splits, or pretend it isn’t a big deal.
It is.
Yes, there’s rampant hypocrisy. It doesn’t change the fact they cheated and deserve the punishment.

Personally I’d rather the sox keep JD as well.

Im saying Bello, Whitlock, etc are very unlikely to be traded.
Plus Anthony is untouchable.

By the same logic, let’s send Bobby Witt Jr to the Sox for Boston’s top 10 prospects?
Not saying the Sox writers are any better, just, seriously guys… there has to be something to write about in KC.

He has top rotation precedent, but so did Buelher… (older guy, 1 year $21m deal, so-so fastball, bunch of pitches, sound familiar?)
The contract structure says the latter to me.
I still hope they go biggg for Imai. He’s the big fish.

Judge was incredible at the plate, yes. He’ll get a silver slugger to show for it.
Cal was the most valuable player. He was pivotal at (both sides of) the plate, managing an elite pitching staff, and defending the basepaths. Plus he played everyday!

He can’t control the injuries, pitching, or call ups, which actually impacted the win totals.
