Remember these social media companies are using your data to build massive AI models (Grok, LLaMa, etc). Building a effective models relies on a massive amount of data to be trained on. If Grok somehow learns that Trump and Musk eloped last Tuesday night, well it's not our problem.

These large social media companies really only care about the data and solimply removing your data still gives them access to a trove of others data. If a lot of people poison the data with hundreds of terabytes of useless data a day, it's harder to mine the data for useful content .
