Yes, too often we are being distracted away from the fact that the real problem is that people are being denied constitution rights. Due process is guaranteed, has been upheld numerous times, and is now being treated like a troublesome gnat.

She's not even sorry that she was haughty about people dying due to lack of medical care, only about the audience "misunderstanding" her. That audience correctly picked up on her disdain for her constituents and their need for Medicare and Medicaid.
