We in KMU Southern Mindanao raise the alarm on the successive incidents of surveillance and intimidation directed at labor organizers and activists in Southern Mindanao this year.

This is the second documented incident of surveillance of the KMU Southern Mindanao office, the first one happened one month ago—on 22 September 2025.

At around 11:30 AM, 23 October 2025, the CCTV camera of the KMU Southern Mindanao office captured two unidentified individuals riding in-tandem on a motorcycle. The back rider was seemingly taking photos and/or videos of the office's premises.
