It might work! they have a majority of council after all, but Vancouver will be left worse off, and we'll all have to bear the cost of their nonsense.

Sim and ABC couldn't find budget cuts via their budget commission, haven't bothered to do the work to get Vancouver residents on board with their efforts, so instead are going for it, trump-style: cutting anything they disagree with, recklessly and without consultation.

As a Canadian baseball fan who roots for another team, I'd say Drake claims the Jays, and Vladdy in particular when they win. Jays fans don't collectively claim Drake as one of their own. Drake wouldn't be at a typical regular season game, BUT he will likely show up to the WS.
