We recently visited “Whales valley“ Wadi al-Hitan in Fayum, Egypt where they found hundreds of fossilized remains of early whales, still with hind limbs. Absolutely fascinating!

Indrukwekkende opkomst vandaag bij het trekken van een #rodelijn Blij dat ik daar met heel veel anderen stond. En de sfeer was zo gemoedelijk dat ons hondje (mét rode lijn) het niet eng vond. Chapeau mensen! 👏

De laatste keer dat ik zóveel mensen bij elkaar zag kan ik me niet herinneren. Wat een opkomst mensen!

As an antidote to all the disconcerting news that comes towards us I have decided to occasionally post some pictures I made on my phone hiking or cycling. I took these recently, on a run from home. As David Hockney says: “Remember, they can’t cancel spring”
