And that there’s an entire cottage industry of “social media influencers” who make money when they can capture you on video doing anything you’re not proud of either, preying on your potential lapses in judgement just like marketers selling you stuff you don’t need.

It is curious that schools haven’t created a required class that explains something like this: “Every digital creation is permanent. Whether text, photo or video. If you or your friends post it on the internet it will live forever. Don’t create anything you aren’t proud of putting your name on.”
