I've tested some LLMs in Norwegian, and they will always spit out texts with em dashes. Norwegian doesn't use em dashes! My English writing style is em dash-heavy, so I really had to train myself out of using them. So when I see my Norwegian students submitting texts with em dashes . . . 😑
