One of the times I am glad to be an Independent. But it’s only a little bit of solace since I am still trapped within the framework of a dysfunctional and inept 2 party system. What an absolute mess this country is.

He is spectacular. Amazing photo. I am hoping for more in Vermont, US this year as well.

A reminder to all of us: the Trump administration doesn’t give two craps that something is illegal. Our current system of government is ill equipped to remedy the despicable things this administration is doing. There will have to be other means of getting out of this mess.

Thank you. We considered Mainer for a name but went with Buoy. He is such a love

What’s up, White House? DJT, you are the most despicable and embarrassing thing that has ever happened to this country.

I would be thrilled if this was a meaningful “win” but didn’t the Supreme Court already rule on this with a decision that would render this federal judge’s decision null? I hope I am wrong but also hoping someone can help clarify. These rulings that either are ignored or overturned seem futile.

Except Vance is less of a narcissist (maybe) and more willing to recreate himself to be whatever can get him the most bang for his buck in the moment. For these reasons, I think he is less nimble and less dangerous (albeit still a giant you-know-what).

Good on you, moron. Swim til your heart is content. Open your mouth while you’re at it.

It should be added to the list of required reading for all Americans. Even though Harvard speaks from the perspective of a private college, the themes speak to a broader purpose. It is unfathomable to me that the federal government said what they said to Harvard. Fuck Trump and the ass he rode in on

Ditto that.

Feedback from like-minded people on these posts is comforting, but discussing these illegal/unethical/asinine behaviors and actions on social media does nothing to change or stop them and I fear they are becoming normalized, lessening the will of society as a whole to change them. Not much hope here
