Some people are completely incapable of compassion, let alone empathy. I wish I could take away the pain and rage and frustration. I don’t know how to give you hope, I feel useless in this but I want you to thrive. I’m so sorry.

I love the shapes here and the simple pose, it’s elegant.

The fact that anyone supports the use of something that relies completely on pirated material is absurd. They don’t care about art at all. Another form of instant gratification.

Ugh, same. I use Pinterest and Google for reference images and both are full of AI garbage. Etsy too… the worst is when people claim it as their own and/or use it for profit.

Noice, I like the colors a lot.

Special treatment for family members in business should be a crime, what on earth… that’s awful.

I don’t listen to the news on the TV because it seems to exist to freak people the hell out, I opt for various people on YouTube to try to find the flip side and I’m not hearing anything about Medicaid being cut but completely understand the fear when you have so many health issues.

Same. Just took a 6 month break from most social media (X/Twitter, Threads and here) so I missed a lot of posts… trying to catch up. Not sure if I really want to come back tbh.

I would be stoked if you offered commissions along these lines, I really enjoy your expressions and poses.

I'm waiting for a rad villain theme song from these two with those colors and glowy effects, reminds me of classic animation, the good stuff I so miss. Corvids have so many facets, these guys seem more crafty and mischievous here.

To get over my imperfect sketchbook problem (the reason I constantly start a new book) I got some blank kraft paper journals so I'm not afraid to "ruin" a $20 sketchbook.

Glad I'm not alone, actually! I can understand that, my problem is not finishing sketchbooks. I have dozens with perfectly good paper, yet I continue to start new ones.

I really love how she morphs into different forms but still has this solid core to her design where she maintains all her best features. You always recognize her which is very cool (not like digimon evolution lines 😆 )

It's absurd that they couldn't (wouldn't, rather) work WITH you on this and arrange something that would allow you to use your strengths at your job without harm to your body. I suggest getting in touch with voc rehab and asking for suggestions.

YES. Will be rejoicing come January. I know you were in a rut, thanks for sticking it out and somehow still working on this anyway- that's amazing ✨

Yes! Ravens appear in another story where they feed a prophet in the wilderness. They really need more credit! Definitely one of my favorite subjects (corvids).

So glad to see you on here! I know rebuilding is the last thing you want to do after working so hard at finding people that appreciate your work elsewhere but I hope you find the support you deserve, your art is awesome- it just takes time I guess. ❤️

I had been seeing your work on Pinterest with no idea where to find the source and am thrilled to have located your page here! The energy in your art is lovely, the textures are so rich and the values give it so much depth. Looking forward to seeing more of your stuff!
