Thank you. I’m apart of the Catholic school community in Minneapolis. Also, action speaks louder than words so how about taking some action.

It was gut wrenching awful. I was in study hall and saw it happen. I thought I was so fortunate to be one of the few kids to get watch it because my study hall teacher knew McAuliffe but that just made it more difficult. I visited the Kennedy Space Center last year and cried at the exhibit.

So 38%? Is MAGA growing in popularity?

I had civics class and my history class watched documentaries on fascism during WWII but the majority of my high school classmates still voted for this. Perhaps there is also some blame to indoctrination, media and the overturning of the Fairness Doctrine.

Texas has a pattern of not making changes to keep citizens safe so I’m not expecting much from this disaster to change behavior. We should not forget that grid is still vulnerable, women are still vulnerable, and loss of life in mass shootings did not lead to any changes in policy or practice.
