I think human redundancy is really role realignment, a shift in type of roles & skills required. This will also shake up the value of roles. Not the first time seeing this. In the 70s & 80s teaching was seen as a desirable job, now there is a shortage of teachers & plenty of better paid options.

Agree, v physical in open play which is at odds with their scrum performance. I haven't seen any stats on dominant tackles, wonder who won that battle?

I think Crowley did a lot for his own head space with his performance. He should be better placed to deal with selection choices knowing he is more than good enough to justify selection and whether he plays or not is no longer a simple matter of talent.
