their backs say Police, so the video might be mislabeled... but also no markers of any kind (no police or national agency logo) aside from the patch on the one arm (E04) for the guy up front. Which is also something I've seen reports of for ICE.

How about ANY funding for mental health. I've struggled with depression since my teens and the anti-depressants I need remain just outside affordability for me.

People in protest of the Dems not doing the right thing didn't vote and now the entire world is paying for it.
Next time (if there is a next time) vote for the lesser evil to prevent someone like Trump from winning... or start building up third parties.

If you want a more "recent" example, IG-88 in legends made an attempt. Even managed to download himself into the second Death Star's main computer with plans to hijack it.
I believe there was a comic for it but it was in the book "Tales of the Bounty Hunters"
