Cool! Just curious.

Have you considered watching the show at all? No obligation to do so, just a curiosity with the set reveal. 😄
Bumi is a great character!

It doesn’t bother me. I actually like the simplicity vs. having like… 4-5 commander decks.

I think the Eternal set does just fine at doing what the commander decks would do anyways: infuse non-standard cards.

More than anything, I miss the C13-C19 era.

I actually do like the associated decks for sets; it’s a great way to splash support for archetypes that might be a one-set gimmick. But pairs make more sense there.

BUT I miss the setting-agnostic set of 4-5 decks. The new, the nostalgic… etc

I’m bracing to ask my roommate to complete the transaction for me.

I could swing an hour during lunch for this, but the additional 45 minutes made my plan untenable.

I feel this immensely. My adjacent quip has been “Magic is really fun with only 3 sets a year to pay attention to.”

The attrition of my interest became apparent at MagicCon ATL.

Stop being cowardly and report on this with the severity and urgency that it demands.

It’s not some joke. This is what the administration is actively moving towards.

We also have acting members of the president’s inner circle calling these checks a “coup.”

Call it out.

Well good news, the precon list is *baller.* It’s easily my favorite of the bunch so far.

All of us deep in Tarkir spoilers, and then suddenly… Innistrad cube addition?

Agreed. I’ve usually been decently critical of the punny names. Some are clever, but some are so ridiculous or on the nose that it takes me out.

I’m also way more aware of his name since I’ve been so excited for Necromancer for ages.
