Any game in the series is always a good time! I used to play the first one in the arcade at our local roller rink! That’s actually where I played most arcade games back in the early 90’s. Great games and a great time to be alive!

I have never played the sequel but I’ll have to check it out!
I never had a Genesis as a kid, only played it at friends houses, but we found my wife’s childhood Genesis in my mother in laws garage a few years ago and I knew this was one of the games I had to get first!

I don’t know if it’s possible to be good at it! Terrible might be the only option! But it is incredibly fun! I think the last time I actually played it was back in the early 90’s when it came out! I bought it like 2 years ago at the pawn shop but never got around to it

I think he will but maybe as a post credits scene. I don’t think he’ll be a major player.
I do think maybe Tatanga will show up. It being in space and having some “deep-cut” characters I could see a little cameo for him like how they did Spike in the original

Yeah the single player is fantastic and lots of fun modes to play. The trophies are great. Looking at them now and remembering all the Japanese only characters and games and having no idea what any of them was is really fun

Same! As much as I love all the characters in Ultimate, Melee just feels right to me. It still holds up excellently
