Friend, I’ve been looking at it for like 3 years now. I finally did it about 2 months ago and it was so simple. My favorite feature is having it automatically flip on when I leave the house. So in reality I never have to engage with the app.

However, I kept up with it and later bought a NAS to expand my library. I use Tailscale as a VPN to access my music when I’m away. The Plex amp app is great and seamless. I paid for Plex, but there are other low-cost media management options. This is a condensed version of years-long project.
