At the very least, everything else I owned would either be in the £5-£10 range or worth literal pennies

I'm curious to see how much the few PS2 games I've got on hand are worth though, I apparantly never had Star Wars Battlefront 2 or Draken sold with the rest

Look at the prices now (rough estimates), some other somewhat valuable games I owned include:
Parappa the Rapper 2 - £30-60
Wipeout Pulse - £20-50
Gitaroo Man - £20-40
Persona 4 - £20-40
Dragon Quest VIII - £15-25
Simpsons Hit & Run - £15-25
Eye Toy Play 3 + Camera - £15-20

Man, I got fucked over

When I found out this was not only true but also not even the right PS3 that plays PS2 games I was so upset

Some of those games are actually worth a damn decent amount now as well

The most annoying one is the fact I got God Hand from a bargain bin and never played it (its worth like £80 now)

If I still had 90% of my PS2 games I'd be having a nightmare right now figuring out what games go in what case

The sad reality is I don't even have to experience that cause my sister sold most of my PS2 games when I was a kid after gaslighting me into believing the PS3 had "all the PS2 games on it"

As a note, I found that I have a copy of Glover which is worth a respectable amount of money today (I've seen anywhere between £10 - £50 in good condition)

My phone just died so no picture yet but uh... yeah its quality is... not the best lol

Oh one final thing, remember for all your achievements it was you who did it

It might sound counterintuitive to the concept of teamwork, but saying “my team” is less impressive in their eyes than using “I”

Don’t be afraid to just claim you did stuff, even if realistically you’re just a part of it.

For me, the interview I’m prepping for is a long 1 hour one with a presentation and I throw my social anxiety in there as a challenge I deal with and understand as a part of me

Potentially taking that approach somewhere could be good. Not necessary though, you could just mention it at the end tbh

If you wanna be clever, sneak inthe autism into an answer

It could be part of a challenge that you had to acknowledge was a barrier but not smth that made you incapable.

You can even refer to any reasonable adjustment requirements there if you’re clever about it, like on the action section

To help understand STAR btw, an example of could look like this

Q: Tell me about a time you had to manage something difficult.

S: In my previous role, I had a tight deadline for this…
T: I was tasked with X and Y…
A: I did X, Y and Z…
R: As a result…

If your autism/ home life requires reasonable adjustments for the role, the tough thing is that when to mention that might depend a lot on vibes

I would either say it during the interview at the end, when you’ve already impressed them and their more set on wanting you, or after getting the job
November 15, 2025 at 6:16 AM
S - What happened before (a previous job’s problem)
T - What you were tasked with doing to fix it
A - The stuff you did (biggest part)
R - What resulted from your actions

You can also add an extra R for Reflection, being what you would have done better, but only when prompted by the interviewers

…it ain’t natural to actual speaking, but it’s typically all a job wants to hear.

Whenever they ask a question where applicable, your answer should go like this…
November 15, 2025 at 6:11 AM
As for interviews themselves, confidence is great but they typically care more about conciseness, which I had trouble with despite feeling the same as you about interviews.

Universally, STAR is a good format to go with: Situation, Task, Action, Result. It makes you sound robotic sadly because…

The unfortunate reality is that a lot of jobs will outright filter out any disabilities despite laws existing that should prevent that, but that’s recruitment for you.

Typically, if there’s a safer time to mention it, it’s after getting the job/during the interview itself.

It’ll never happen, but I dream of a world where the Ronaldo contract expires and he’s removed from COTW

Better yet, they make an original character that just takes his moveset and replaces any references to his likeness, cause honestly the dev team cooked with his gameplay

Oh it’s Eri Friday! Yay! I can give a billion dollars if you give me like 2 billion dollars I think that’s fair

On the last train home and can’t even rest cause the guy behind me is the loudest snorer I’ve ever heard, and it’s one of those super snotty-sounding snores as well so it’s kinda gross

I get people can’t control it I think (idk I’m not a snorer myself) but jfc it’s so loud I can’t even think

Sorry to say but I think it’s supposed to be raining even more tomorrow across most of the UK

You’re soaked I’m afraid
