I love my Apple products but I’m very interested in seeing where this will go.

On the “returns” page for Amazon Fresh to request a refund because, once again, they didn’t deliver an item I ordered. Can’t submit a refund request until the page loads but the progress indicator has been spinning for 10 minutes. Multiple refreshes haven’t helped. Tortuous.
